Aunt Gert

Thought I'd post a few pics we took with Aunt Gert! We miss her in SC already!!!

We tried (really hard) to get a good picture of the two of them with Little Bit, and this is the best we could do! Oh well....

Okay, so if you are reading this, chances you know about all the stressful things that have been going on with me! Here's proof that I do (at least occasionally) take a break from it all! We went to Steph's to chill out the other day, and Logan was such a "ham!" I love that boy!!!! ;)

The Beach Trip

Yes, that IS a shark's tooth in my mouth! If you could see it out of my mouth you would be amazed at how big it actually is. It even still has the "root" attached. Steve found it on one of our walks and then I took it and claimed it as my own! Don't be surprised if you see this picture again somewhere! Just call me Dennis (the Mennace)!

This is what I love about being at the beach...just sitting down on the beach, looking at the ocean, and burning my "bahootchie" because I very rarely use sunscreen until I made to(ha!)! I could SO live here and look at this every day!

Looking forward to the beach...

My favorite palce to be HAS to be the beach! I am SO looking forward to going to the beach this year! We're going the 2nd week in June, and Steve gets to stay the whole time (he was going to have to come back early for work, but now he doesn't have to! Yeah!!!). Uncle Mike is going with us this year, and both the kids are bringing a "friend"! And, Zach gets to join us this year too since he's not out West this time! Lobster skin, here I come!

Military Ball (Zach & Lakin)

Zach and Lakin went to the Military Ball on Saturday. Lakin is involved in the ROTC at Airport, and she and Zach got to go! They both looked great, and they had a good time! Zach is even talking about joining ROTC and pursuing some type of military/army type thing in the future! Of course, I cried as they got in her aunt's car to leave...but then, I cry at toilet paper commercials...ha!

Let it Snow (MORE!!!!!)....

This is just the beginning of the snowfall! We're already up to at least 4 inches and it's still falling BIG snowflakes (and hard!!!!)! I'm LOVING this!!!!! Fire in the fireplace, snowman built, S'mores to come...AND Steve's off! Wahoo!!! We're having a blast!
